About the Study
ABOUT THE STUDY
The Reconnect Jackson Ward Feasibility Study was prepared by the Office of Intermodal Planning and Investment, the Virginia Department of Transportation, and the City of Richmond with support from a study team of consultant engineers, planners, landscape architects and community engagement specialists, in addition to a steering committee comprised of community leaders.

Additionally, the completion of this study would not have been possible without the participation and assistance of different stakeholders and individuals from the Jackson Ward community and surrounding neighborhoods, who provided support and feedback that made this study possible.
