The Reconnect Jackson Ward Feasibility Study is guided by a Steering Committee comprised of interested individuals and community leaders that have been involved in various planning efforts with the City of Richmond in and around the Jackson Ward Area. Steering Committee members live and/or work in Jackson Ward and surrounding neighborhoods.
